Two Stage Diesel Oil Burner

The working mode of the dual-stage fire burner is small fire-large fire, that is, the burner has two operating points, that is, it can work in one stage of fire (small fire), or it can work in two stages of fire (large fire).

There are two devices Tc and T2 (thermostat or pressure switch) on the burner control circuit to control the operating state of the burner. The set value of T2 is lower than the set value of Tc.

After the burner is started, if the temperature (or pressure) of the object to be heated is lower than the set value of Tc and T2, both Tc and T2 are closed, and the burner operates in two stages of fire (large fire); if the temperature of the object to be heated (or pressure) is lower than Tc but higher than T2 set value, then Tc is closed and T2 is open.

The burner runs on a fire (small fire); if the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object is higher than the set value of Tc, both T2 and Tc will be disconnected, and the burner will stop in a controlled manner;

The burner is fitted with a valve for regulating fuel delivery, the butterfly valve consists of a variable linear cam to regulate the oxygen content and fuel input

The working mode of the two-stage progressive burner is the same as that of the two-stage fire burner. The difference between the two is that the switching between the two-stage fire burner and the two-stage fire (small fire and large fire) is abrupt. The switching of the two-stage progressive burner is smooth and gradual, and the switching process is more stable than that of the two-stage burner.
