Fast Cutting System ( Juntai Patent)
With special MBBR Cutting system which designed and made by Juntai engineers, the cutting run very fast, this cutting system can fit for the high speed lines and guaratee the cut cross flat and neat. So there is no Plastic power or small scraps between the finished media.
Be Care of the Plasitic power or small Scraps in the media, it will be big problem when you used in your project, for waste water treament, it is not easy to deal with it ,but for Fam water treatment ,if it is not cleam enough, it is harm for the health of the fish.
High Speed Producing Lines
Juntai Hign speed production MBBR lines can produce 20CBM per day per line, compare to common factory China, just only 2 to 7CBM per day per line. Juntai Plastic MBBR media is used in fixed membrane activated sludge (IFAS) and moving bed biofilm reaction (MBBR) systems.
The wastewater passes through the suspension medium of the MBBR reactor and gradually forms a biofilm on the surface of the medium. Utilize the role of microorganisms on the biofilm to purify wastewater. The plastic MBBR media mediumcan move freely with the mixing of water in the reactor. For aerobic reactors, the exposed gas medium moves; for anaerobic reactors, the mechanical mixed medium moves. Our MBBR medium is an emerging medium, which has a
better processing effect than traditional medium.

FAQ
1. How to Check the MBBR media produced by 100% Virgin HDPE?First, we can check the color, it is a little transparent and flexible, not so harder like PVC material.
Second,we can check the density, the density will not more than 0.96g/cm3.
2. Why the MBBR media which made by HDPE with filler looks harder and white? The harder the better, right?
The filler which in the HDPE material can make the media harder and more white, but this kind Media will easy broken in 2 or 3 years . So this kind of MBBR which produced by not virgin HDPE is not good, it can not use long time.
3. Is the Black color MBBR media better or not?
Some time which tank in sunlight, the black color MBBR is good, because it is UV protected.
4. How many MBBR should be dosing in the MBBR tank?
Using an aerobic tank as an example, if there is biological sludge, we can dosing 30% of the media , If there is no biological sludge, we can increasing the dosing rate to 45%.And the nitrification reaction is performed with MBBR media, we can dosing 70% or more. Sure, sufficient aeration and agitation are required.
