JIS Red Spring is medium load, red color coded. It is used in plastic mold, stamping mold, casting mold, extrusion mold, die casting mold. Its maximum deflection is 38% of free length.
● Spring materials: TOORY mold spring uses high-quality chromium alloy spring steel. This wire has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high rigidity, long life and so on.
● Material shape: It is in the shape of a rectangular section with rounded corners, which is different from the general rectangular right-angled sides. The spring can reduce the stress concentration during high-speed operation.
● High-pressure treatment: The spring is processed with more than three times of strong-pressure treatment, which eliminates the internal stress before use. So the spring will not deform or shorten or fracture.
● Strengthening treatment: After the spring is surface-strengthened, its surface structure is strong, which improves the strength of the stress concentration point and prolongs the spring fatigue life.
● Service life: According to the spring deflection, the maximum service life is 1 million times.
● Surface treatment: TOORY uses advanced color electrophoresis. The product surface is uniform and has strong adhesion.
● Frequency of use: The highest rate is hundreds of times per minute, which can fully meet the high quality requirements of modern mould design.
